• Service starts with welcoming the guests at the departure entrance of the VIP Terminal by Primeclass agent and a porter who takes care of their luggage.
• Check-in procedures are completed by Primeclass Agent in the Lounge.
• The Primeclass Agent assists with passport and custom procedures.
• In the Primeclass Lounges of the VIP Terminal, where comfort comes first, guests can continue working with their laptop PC’s connected to our wireless internet and enjoy unlimited refreshments offered by the service staff while reading newspapers or magazines or watching TV.

• Service begins with the reception of guests by Primeclass Agent and porter by the aircraft or at the flight gate.
• Guests are brought to the VIP Terminal with a separate car by Primeclass Agent and porter from the aircraft.
• Passport, custom and visa procedures are completed with assistance of Primeclass Agent in the Primeclass Lounge.
• Guest luggage is carried by the porter directly to the VIP Terminal.
• At the Primeclass Lounges, greeters and meeters can enjoy unlimited refreshments offered by the service staff while waiting to meet their guests.
• Our service ends when our guests meet with their greeters.
